Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to me?
Absolutely! Thanks to my network of global printers, I can ship pretty much anywhere in the world. Wherever you are, I'll get your order to you!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $5.99 for prints and $2.99 for calendars. And here’s the best part: if you spend more than $50, shipping is free!
Do you offer expedited shipping?
I do! Expedited shipping options vary depending on your order and location. Reach out with your details, and I’ll get you a shipping quote right away.
When can I expect my order to ship?
Every item is made to order, which usually takes about 3–4 business days. Once it’s ready, it will be shipped out and I will send you the tracking info.
Why did I receive two tracking links?
Good question! When your order includes multiple items, it will be combined into one shipment whenever possible. But sometimes, things need to be split into multiple packages—hence, the extra tracking link.
My order was marked delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?
First, check with your neighbors or around your home—it might have been tucked somewhere unexpected. Also, believe it or not, packages are sometimes marked “delivered” a few hours (or even a day or two) before they actually arrive. If you can’t find it anywhere, let me know and we will figure out a solution. It’s frustrating, I know, but it happens!
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Oh no! I’m so sorry about that. I do everything I can to protect your order, but if it arrives damaged, please take some photos of the damage including the box and get in touch right away. I am more than happy to replace it for you as quickly as possible.
Customization & Personalization
Can I personalize or change the print before I order?
Of course! I’m happy to personalize any of my prints to make them just right for you. Just reach out and let me know what you’re looking for—I’ll do my best to make it happen. Keep in mind that some changes might come with a small additional fee.
What is the personalization process like?
It’s easy and fun! Pick the design you love, then fill out the personalization options to make it uniquely yours. Feel free to include notes or special requests, too. I’ll create a digital proof for you to review, and once you’re happy with it, I’ll send it to print and keep you updated on shipping details.
Why can’t I see a live version of the personalized prints?
Great question! Each personalized print is treated like an original design. I work directly with the artwork to make sure everything looks perfect—something a live proof viewer just can’t replicate. It’s all about making sure your print turns out amazing!
Can I return a personalized print?
Unfortunately, I can’t accept returns for personalized prints. Since they’re custom-made just for you, they’re not something I can resell.

Can I order a size that isn’t offered?
Definitely! I offer the most common sizes in the shop, but I can print in a variety of sizes. If you already have a special frame or you’re looking for something specific, just let me know before placing your order.
What are "A" size prints?
"A" size prints follow international paper sizes that aren’t as common here in the U.S. If you’re curious about how they compare to standard sizes, check out my size guide—it’ll give you a clear visual.
I don’t see a print that I want. Do you have any other designs?
Everything I have at the moment is available on the shop. However, I’m always coming up with new designs! If you have a suggestion, let me know—I’d love to hear it. Who knows? Your idea might inspire the next addition to the shop.
Can I purchase the digital file?
Sorry, but I don’t sell the digital files. It’s all about keeping things secure and maintaining the quality of the designs.
